Shift: 7:00 AM Starts | Up to 12-Hour Days (Big Hours = Big Weekly Pay!)

Gear: HC Synchromesh (Roadranger experience is a huge plus!) + CV Crane Truck

This isn't just a "sit-and-steer" job—you'll be navigating, lifting, chaining down heavy gear, and getting hands-on on the ground. If you take pride in a job well done and love racking up the hours, step right up!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating HC Synchromesh trucks (bonus points if you can tame a Roadranger!).

• Running Vehicle Loading Cranes (CV) safely to load, transport, and unload heavy freight.

• Securing diverse loads using chains, dogs, and straps like an absolute pro.

• Rolling up your sleeves—getting involved in manual labouring and site setup when required.

• Clocking up to 12-hour days with weekly pays to reward your hard work.

What You Need in Your Toolbox

• Licences & Tickets:

  • HC Driver’s Licence (Synchromesh restriction minimum; Roadranger experience highly regarded!).

  • CV Ticket (Vehicle Loading Crane).

  • Dogging Ticket (DG).

  • White Card (General Construction Induction).

  • Massive Bonus: High-risk Forklift Licence (LF) with experience up to 16 Tonne! 🚜⚡

• Skills & Experience:

  • Proven, hands-on experience operating crane trucks.

  • Rock-solid load restraint knowledge (chains, tensioners, dogs).

  • Fitness and willingness for physical, manual labouring work.

• Compliance:

  • Driver History Report (issued within the last 3 months).

  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + Drug & Alcohol screen.

• The Vibe: Punctual, reliable for 7:00 AM starts, safety-focused, and a true team player.
